Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against George S. Feezle III, 50, Enon Valley, Pa., were bound over to the county grand jury for felonious assault, a second-degree felony, fourth-degree felony burglary and misdemeanors of criminal trespass and violate a protection order for an incident that occurred Jan. 18 in Salem. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary/pretrial hearing was set Feb. 2 for Ethan Mickel Hill, 22, state Route 154, Lisbon, charged with fifth-degree felony strangulation, fourth-degree felony domestic violence and misdemeanor endangering children. Hill allegedly struck a woman in the face numerous times, picked her up off the ground by her throat and pushed her while she had a child in her arms on Jan. 27 in East Palestine. Court News LISBON — A Youngstown man convicted for soliciting sexual conduct from an undercover agent in 2022 had his motion for judicial release denied. Jerry Granberry, 46, has been serving time at the Columbiana County jail since May 2025 while his appeals were pending. He was sentenced by county Common Pleas Court Judge Scott Washam to 15 months in prison after Washam found him guilty on Nov. 7, 2023 based on what he heard during a trial to the bench in August 2023.
