Mazza, 36, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool, were bound over to the county grand jury for two counts of escape, one a fifth-degree felony and one a fourth-degree felony, for allegedly escaping twice from East Liverpool City Hospital while she was an inmate of the Columbiana County jail.
