Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded at 5:56 p.m. Tuesday to a Glasgow Road, Madison Township address regarding a suspicious vehicle. The deputy found that the vehicle was involved in an earlier incident with another agency and was taken to the wrong address. Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool woman is accused of lying about witnessing an unknown person abandoning a malnourished dog on the side of the near Ravine and Bradshaw Avenues in the city on Nov. 16. A pretrial hearing was set Nov. 25 in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Paula Parks, 42, Y&O Road, charged with making false alarms. According to the arrest report, Parks allegedly was found to be harboring the dog following an investigation and did not find the dog as she had claimed.
