Leetonia — Travis Swinehart, 32, Pittsburgh Street, Columbiana, was charged with obstructing official business, criminal trespass and possessing drug abuse instruments after officers responded to the 200 block of Oak Street at 2:19 p.m. June 19 in reference to a man with a motorcycle near the garage. John D.
