Municipal LISBON — A woman facing three separate cases for threats she made against a man had all the charges dismissed after she was found not competent and not restorable to competency. Christina M. Falconer, 49, Duck Creek Road, Salem, appeared in the custody of the sheriff’s office before Columbiana County Municipal Court Judge Danielle Menning for a competency hearing Tuesday. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident on state Route 154 with reported injuries at 9:05 p.m. Friday, aiding EMS units with rending care to the people involved. A deputy escorted EMS to Dickey Drive, Lisbon when the injured were stable, to meet Life Flight Paramedical Units. Sheriff’s Office — A deputy at 3:41 p.m. Sunday spoke to a resident on state Route 164, Center Township regarding the neighbor’s dogs coming onto her property and chasing her animals, which she said was an ongoing issue. The report said no contact has been made with the dog warden despite repeated attempts at contact.
