Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Aug. 4 for George Faulkner Jr., 38, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property, a third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing a stolen Jeep in Perry Township. A police affidavit said an officer noticed a recently painted blue Jeep matching a white Jeep that was reported stolen with a Pennsylvania plate parked in front of a Prospect Street, Salem apartment.
