LISBON — The man whose brass knuckles reportedly were found in his back pocket when he was entering the Columbiana County Municipal Court for a hearing last week appeared out on bond for preliminary hearing on Thursday. Dustin M. Dorff, 29, East Lake Road, Lisbon, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of illegal conveyance of deadly weapon. His bond will remain the same. An Oct. 31 preliminary hearing was set for Jamarcus M. Jacobs, 27, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly stealing $11,560 between Aug. 29 and Oct. 4 by taking the money from money bags prior to filling the cash register at Walmart where he worked at the time. A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Ross W. Lyle II, 50, West North Avenue, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes. Keith M. House, 33, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was credited with six days in jail, sentenced to an additional 54 days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for leaving a visible injury on the forehead of Camellia Taylor, the mother of two of his children, on Oct. 16. Brianna L. Beaudoin, 35, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct for standing in the roadway in front of a home on Bacon Avenue, holding a can of Bud Light beer and being extremely intoxicated on July 11. A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Ted J. Ingledue, 29, Jennings Avenue, Salem, cited with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia after he allegedly had a red cut straw with a white powdery substance in his possession when he was taken into custody on a warrant on Wednesday. Timothy Floyd McLaughlin, 22, Cleveland Heights, was fined $300, required 30 hours community service and credited with four days in jail for driving under suspension and failure to move left for an emergency vehicle. Jordan Edward Lipscomb, 22, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $400, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to five days in jail and required 40 hours community service for failure to control and failure to stop after an accident. Additionally, he is ordered to pay $500 in restitution to Earl Strohecker within 60 days after he lost control and struck the side of the Bush Heating Building on Sept. 13. Jeffrey M. Skidmore, 40, Center Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for criminal trespassing for going through the first-floor window of Tabbithia Boyd on Aug. 29. Luke Michael Paterchak, 22, Darlington, Pa., was fined $160 for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation. Leonard S. Hruby, 57, Seigler Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding. Michael Shawn Flannery, 45, McGavern Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding. Joseph E. Giralico, 35, state Route 267, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension. Roy O. Moffett III, 24, Union Ridge Road, Negley, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana. Melanie A. Miglets, 26, Lake Milton, was fined $100 for failure to move over for an emergency vehicle. Ray Newton Eakles, 38, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $10 for an equipment violation amended from speeding. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed against Christy Nicole Rohn, 28, Front street, Negley, who is now valid.
