1938-2023 Joan (Sell) Bentley, of Simpsonville, S.C., was welcomed to her eternal home Aug. 10, 2023 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville, S.C. A resident of Salem, Ohio most all of her life, Joan was born Dec. 22, 1938, and graduated from Salem Senior High. She was a member of Salem First Church of the Nazarene where she was the church organist and of Greenford Christian Church. She also worked in the offices of Dr. Ernst Schaefer in Salem and Dr. Mark Evans in Columbiana.
