To the editor: The “Abomination of Desolation,” Freedom and Freedom of Speech, all find themselves applicable in this past Republican Primary. Freedom of Speech is at the core of our Republic! To the editor: April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. SAAM, as it is called, was established to call attention to the fact that sexual violence is widespread and impacts all of us. SAAM aims to raise public awareness about sexual abuse, harassment, and sexual assault. It also aims to educate communities about how to be involved in prevention. To the editor: As a Columbiana County resident, a small business owner and active community member, I have personal experience of the direct economic impact the oil and natural gas industry has on the region. I grew up in an area where we are blessed with an abundance of natural resources all around us. The energy crisis we are facing is one of the main reasons why we have a terrible inflation problem. Concerns over a preventable public health crisis

To the editor: As a former Wellsville Councilman and Wellsville Local Board of Education member, I am deeply concerned about the well-being of our children. I urge the federal government to prioritize the issue of flavored disposable vapes, which have become increasingly popular among youth. Currently, the FDA has authorized only 23 e-cigarette products for sale, all of which are tobacco-flavored and intended for adults.
