To the editor: We are urging county voters to vote “NO” on Issue 1! This is in response to the letter to the editor by Columbiana County Republican Chairman David Johnson. He states that Ohio’s Constitution is in danger of being compromised by out-of-state interests. When in fact, voting “NO” on Issue 1 will safeguard Ohio’s Constitution. To the editor: Staying abreast of the recent railroad tragedy and knowing some of the citizens affected in East Palestine, I recently read in “The Review” about the legal clinic held by the River Valley Organizing, Timothea Deeter, to assist residents. To the editor: I have somewhat gotten a more “peaceful feeling” since our Congress and “the man in the White House,” through “many tough negotiations,” averted a national debt ceiling crisis. For example, delay in Social Security, to which it is said that almost 60 percent of those retired is their only source of income; a passing out of IOUs to those in the military; and to this and that, because our country runs on credit.
