Fairfield Ruritan Club Chicken Barbecue Fairfield Ruritan Club will be serving barbecue chicken dinners Saturday, Oct. 3, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Grace Church on South Main Street in Columbiana. Hanoverton Canal Days Hanoverton will celebrate its community spirit and local history during Canal Days on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. along Plymouth Street. The event will feature a variety of vendors, food, a car show, a memorial parade and activities for the whole family. Visitors can enjoy hot dogs provided by the Hanoverton Fire Department, beans and cornbread served by the Historical Society, and coffee from Meg’s Coffee.
