County health board addresses swim safety tips

LISBON — Swim safety topped the topics during a recent Columbiana County Health District Board meeting, with the idea of a water watcher being suggested by both the county and the state. “Someone to observe people in the pool,” county Health District Public Information Officer Laura Fauss said. Business owner says landfill dust has left property covered in mud

NEGLEY (WKBN) — A local business owner has been cleaning up much more than debris from Sunday’s storms. He instead found his property to be a muddy mess.
