YOUNGSTOWN — A Lisbon woman charged with stabbing a man in Sebring was among about a dozen people indicted last week by a Mahoning County grand jury. Ashley Hill-Birkhimer, 31, was indicted on a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, after she was arrested in early February at a home in the 700 block of Lake Park Boulevard.
