‘Willy Wonka Jr.’ by Stage Left Youth Players

LISBON — Stage Left Youth Players will present “Willy Wonka Jr.” for the next two weekends at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, Jan. 13, 14, 20 and 21 and 2 p.m. Sundays, Jan. 15 and 22 at the Trinity Players, 234 E. Lincoln Way in downtown Lisbon.

The cast of 25 kindergarten through grade 12 and transitional students hail from Lisbon, New Waterford, Columbiana, Hanoverton, Canfield, Boardman, Salem and Elkton and have joined to present this musical based on Roald Dahl’s book, ” Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” The story follows the mysterious adventures of Charlie Bucket and four children who find Golden Tickets they present to enter Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.
