Homemade soup and home baked goodies will be available for purchase this weekend at Salem St. Paul’s Parish, 935 E. State St. The Loyal Christian Benevolent Association (LCBA) Branch 654 of St. Paul’s will be holding a soup and bake sale on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 14, from noon to 2 p.m. at the school gym. Customers are asked to enter the gym from the playground entrance off East Pershing Street. Soups will be available for carry-out at $8 per quart. LCBA Branch 654 projects enable the group to help support St. Paul School, the Christina House, Sophia Center, Salem Food Pantry and other area non-profit organizations.
