East Palestine hydrant flushing The East Palestine Water Department will begin flushing hydrants on Monday, April 20, and will continue throughout the week until completed. Residents may experience low pressure/discolored water periodically during the process. Bulldog Bingo Saturday The East Palestine Band Parents will host Bulldog Bingo on Saturday at the Lisbon Lions Club. Tickets are $25 for 10 games.
