Wine about Winter The Lisbon Area Chamber of Commerce will host its eighth annual Wine About Winter from 2 to 5 p.m. Feb. 28. The event will feature an afternoon of wine tasting, non-alcoholic drinks, appetizers, basket raffle and wine pull in historic downtown.
