Foley, 18, West Pine Street, Lisbon, was cited for a right of way violation and transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown by Leetonia EMS for suspected minor injuries after making a left turn onto state Route 558 from a private drive and being struck by a westbound vehicle on state Route 558 driven by Holli L. Commissioners vacate section of Skyview Drive in St. Clair Township

LISBON — A 40-foot section of Skyview Drive in St. Clair Township was vacated this week, with no opposition in attendance at the commissioners’ meeting Wednesday. Petitioner Tammy L. Palma was the lone person there for the public hearing and said the owner of the neighboring property already signed off on the vacation.
