LISBON — Thomas Harold Maylone Jr., 30, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. Maylone is facing up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set in Common Pleas Court for Jan. 9.

Between Jan. 1, 2009 and Dec. 31, 2012, Maylone was involved in having sexual contact with a child, who was only 4-years-old when the abuse began.

Joshua W. Unger, 28, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property for having a stolen 1999 Ford F-250 pickup on Aug. 28, 2018. Unger was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and placed on a one-year intervention treatment program. He was further ordered to pay $660 in restitution to owner of the vehicle.
