LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Dalton P. Murphy, 22, Martha Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Murphy grabbed a woman to take her phone and shoes off during a dispute Aug. 11, 2025 in St. Clair Township.

Kirk R. Bloss, 67, Alliance, was fined $200 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served, for disorderly conduct amended from discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premises upon or over a public roadway. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to stay away from a named woman. The Ruger .380 semi auto pistol was ordered forfeited and destroyed. Bloss was accused of firing a gun toward a house in Butler Township on Oct. 3, 2025.

A status conference hearing was set June 23 and a jury trial was set July 16 for Kirk R. Bloss, 67, Alliance, charged with violation of a protection order for allegedly sending a letter to a protected person in Butler Township on Oct. 24, 2025.

A pretrial was set June 17 for Lachelle Trashun Tajae Easterly, 32, Youngstown, charged with possessing criminal tools and soliciting for allegedly posting an ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with an undercover agent in exchange for money, traveling to East Palestine on April 8 for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in her possession.

Anthony John Fende, 39, Youngstown, was fined $1,345 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for operating a vehicle impaired, engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and drug paraphernalia. Another OVI charge was dismissed. His driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and an education course. On Aug. 22, 2025, he was accused of responding to an undercover ad on a known prostitution website and arranging for sexual activity with a woman in exchange for money and also offered narcotics, arriving in East Palestine for the meeting with the phone used to make the arrangements in his possession, along with a crack cocaine pipe.

Brooke A. Potts, 24, East Main Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 177 days suspended, leaving a balance of three days to serve in jail for endangering children. She was ordered to complete 40 hours community service. Potts didn’t call the sheriff’s office looking for a missing child until an hour after the fact. Deputies had been called to Rogers for a child walking in the road wearing only a diaper and long sleeve t-shirt on April 11, 2025 and checked the area for at least half an hour looking for an adult looking for the child. Children Services took custody of the child, along with four other juvenile children from the Potts’ residence, which was in Rogers at the time.

A pretrial was set June 17 for Jeanelle Dawn Roach, 50, Chester, W.Va., charged with attempted theft for allegedly trying to steal 10 items valued at $178 from the Calcutta Walmart on April 6 after sticking the items in her purse.

A pretrial was set May 11 for Crystal Gayle Pugh, 45, Etruria Street, East Liverpool, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly hiding under a jacuzzi tub in an East Liverpool residence when the police were assisting the housing department with a search warrant on April 13. Police announced themselves several times and searched the upstairs, finding Pugh.

A pretrial was set June 3 for Kayla R. Baker, 32, South Broadway Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly failing to exit the vehicle or provide license, registration and insurance during a traffic stop on April 10 in Salem. She was fined $50 for expired license.

A pretrial was set June 22 for Leonel Carbajal Garcia, 52, New Cumberland, W.Va., charged with obstructing official business, no valid license and one way traffic for allegedly providing a false name and date of birth during a traffic stop on April 8 in East Liverpool.

A pretrial was set May 26 for Jeffrey Wade Ketchum, 64, Crawford Road, Wellsville, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly damaging a neighbor’s security camera on March 30 in Yellow Creek Township.

A pretrial was set April 20 for Daniel William Everett, 43, Dalton, Ga., charged with drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a paper fold with an unknown substance on April 13 in St. Clair Township.

Aaron M. Brown, 47, Canton, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program, for reckless operation amended from operating a vehicle impaired. Another OVI charge was dismissed.

A status conference hearing was set July 1 for Stephanie Nicole Geary, 43, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with OVI second offense and OVI blood second offense.

John Paul Monnot, 61, Louisville, was fined $500 and given a suspended 90-day jail term for physical control amended from OVI first offense. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Arianna Nichole Carroll, 23, East State Street, Salem, was fined $615 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 87 days suspended and credit for three days served in a driver intervention program for OVI and failure to control. Her driver’s license was suspended for one year, with driving privileges granted, and she was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.

Alex D. Graham, 43, Youngstown, was fined $1,065 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 174 suspended, leaving three days to serve in jail and three days credit upon completion of a driver intervention program, along with suspension of $500 of the fine, for two merged OVI charges. His driver’s license was suspended for two years.

A pretrial was set June 9 for Nicholas William Eastham, 25, Wells Avenue, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, driving in violation of driving restriction and marked lanes.

A pretrial was set June 24 for Gracie Lynn Higgins, 21, state Route 39, Salineville, charged with no valid license.

A pretrial was set June 10 for Ronald Mann, 59, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with speeding.

A charge of improper passing against Oda K. Sponsel, 61, Sugar Camp Drive, East Palestine was dismissed due to the village of East Palestine failing to appear for court.

Richard Allen Powell, 37, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $50 for a lighted lights violation amended from a turn signal violation.

Anthony Thomas Kozicky, 44, England Drive, East Palestine, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Mason Anthony Shreve, 19, Alpha, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.

Justin J. Badgett, 52, New Brighton, Pa., was fined $50 for a tail light violation amended from speeding.

Heather Ann Rossi, 35, Lake Street, Beloit, was fined $50 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Adam M. Gallimore, 39, Orchard Grove, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and expired sticker.

Michael Paul Higgings, 50, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $400 for no license and no valid sticker.
