Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set March 16 for Jessy Paul Lee, 35, Chester, W.Va., charged with felonious assault with a weapon, abduction and grand theft auto for allegedly punching a woman in the face multiple times then holding a knife to her throat while they were traveling in a vehicle in East Liverpool on Feb. 17.
