Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Jan. 7 for Zachary A. Taylor, 37, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with three counts of criminal trespass for allegedly trespassing at a property on state Route 45 in Center Township on June 14, 2025, again on June 27, 2025 and on July 1, 2025. He had been trespassed from the property in April 2025. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Dorian Lowrey, 50, Enon Valley, Pa., were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony domestic violence, two counts of fifth-degree violation of a protection order and misdemeanors of aggravated menacing and criminal trespass.
