Man accused of attempted murder in baseball bat attack will be evaluated

LISBON — A man accused of attempted murder in a baseball bat attack against a woman in June was ordered to be evaluated for competency and sanity. Frederick L. Harroff, 66, last known address Columbiana Lisbon Road, Columbiana, appeared Thursday for a status hearing accompanied by his defense attorney Robert Bricker.
