Monte, 19, Independence Square, Wellsville, charged with fourth-degree felony aggravated assault for allegedly taking another man to the ground and striking him multiple times in the face after a fight in Wellsville on Oct. 14. Salem — Officers responded to the 100 block of West Third Street at 3:59 a.m. Saturday for a reported assault. Officers were advised by dispatch that there was a language barrier and were met outside by the caller, who had blood on their shirt and a busted lip. Leetonia — An officer responded at 9:10 p.m. Oct 18 in the 100 block of Lisbon Street to an ATV rollover crash. Upon arrival, no citations were issued as the driver had been operating the ATV in the front yard and rolled during a sharp turn. Both the driver and passenger were transported to St. Elizabeth’s via EMS. —Police were dispatched at 7:12 p.m. Oct. 16 to the first block of Pine Street to speak with a female about her ex-boyfriend possibly having her firearm.

Salem — Ashley Miranda, 40, Campbell, was cited for failure to yield after her vehicle failed to yield for the stop sign at the intersection of East Third Street and North Lincoln Avenue, striking a vehicle driven by Sheila Robb, 72, Rogers, at 8:59 a.m. Wednesday.
