Trudi G. Foster

SALEM — Trudi G. Foster, 82, died Sunday at East Liverpool Citty Hospital. She was born Sept. 27, 1939 in Lisbon, daughter of Robert A. and Gladys (Wreath) Barger. Arrangements are pending at Eells-Legget-Stauffer Funeral Home in Lisbon.
