1946-2023 SALEM — Vernon L. “Vern” McDevitt, 77, of Winona passed away the morning of Mon. April 3, 2023 in Salem. Born April 1, 1946 in Kensington, he was the son of the late Duwayne and Kathryn (Jackson) McDevitt. Vern was a devoted husband and father and lifelong resident of Winona. Known for his sense of humor, he enjoyed his family and attending his grandchildren’s activities.
