From Staff Reports POLAND — The Salem girls scored 30 points in the two jumping events to leap over the competition at the 30th Poland Invitational on Saturday. Senior Karlie Sampson won the long jump (15-feet-10 1/4) and junior Madelyn Gorby captured the high jump (5-0) as the Salem girls repeated as team champions. Freshman Addison Hopple added a win in the 1600-meter run (5:28.39) as the Quakers topped the 20-team field with 119 points. McDonald was second with 74. Two Heartland winners HERMITAGE, Pa. — Heartland Christian senior Rebecca Geiss and sophomore Claire Liposky won events at the 26th annual City of Hermitage Invitational on Saturday.
