Salem — A domestic in progress was reported in the 2200 block of Southeast Boulevard at 11:50 p.m. Sunday. Officers could hear screaming inside the residence when they arrived, and a juvenile locked the door to prevent them from entering after they announced themselves. Officers ordered them to open the door several times as the screaming continued, and officers ultimately kicked in the door.
