SALEM — The Salem High School Class of 1962’s 55th-year reunion offered a weekend of friends, food and memories. A tour of the Salem Historical Society Museum kicked off the activities on Aug. 12. Later that day Molly Malloy Copacia (’62) and Frank Copacia (’60) hosted an open house at their home. An informal dinner was enjoyed and the 51 class members and their spouses spent the remainder of the evening taking pictures and reminiscing. A memorial table had been set up to honor the 52 deceased class members.

On Sunday morning, 42 members and their spouses met at Davidson’s restaurant for a breakfast buffet. John Panezott (’62) conducted a brief meeting and announced that classmates will meet again in two years to celebrate their 75th birthdays. Classmates were reminded to update John and Peg (’62) Panezott with their current emails and home addresses by calling them at 330-332-5789 or the Salem High School Alumni Association at 330-332-1427.
