LEETONIA (WKBN) – Police say charges are expected after an 8-year-old girl was found eating out of the dumpster at a Leetonia daycare. Leetonia police chief Allen Haueter said they began an investigation after receiving a call Thursday from a local daycare, where people there found the child outside.
