LEETONIA — Village council reviewed several financial matters in its June 3 meeting. Council voted unanimously to approve a resolution authorizing Village Administrator Roman Ferry to enter into a contract with Auto Agent Data LLC. Ferry explained that the village currently processes digital utilities payments through MuniciPay, which is now outsourcing that process. “Currently we use MuniciPay for online transactions for our utilities. Appeal filed of vicious designation for second dog involved in attack

LISBON — The owner of the second dog accused of attacking and seriously injuring a woman on May 15 at Lake Tomahawk recently filed an appeal to challenge the vicious dog designation against her dog, Beau, with a hearing set for 2 p.m. June 15 in Columbiana County Municipal Court.
