One dead, another seriously injured in Perry Township crash

PERRY TWP. (WKBN) — A woman is dead and another is seriously injured after a crash in Columbiana County Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened around 2:40 p.m. on state Route 173 near mile post 11. A release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol states a Jeep Grand Cherokee went left of center and hit a Nissan Rogue. Chelsea Miller, 35, died at Salem Regional Medical Center from injuries as a result of the crash. Miller was the driver of the Nissan, according to OSHP. COLUMBIANA (WKBN) — The Columbiana Police Department said an 84-year-old woman who was listed as missing has been found. An alert was issued on Tuesday for information on the woman. Police said the woman was reunited with her family on Tuesday night and is OK.
