Salem Community Foundation to sponsor Banquet in Salem The Dine in or Drive Thru Banquet in Salem will be served from 5 p.m. until the food is gone Monday at the Salem Memorial Building, sponsored by the Salem Community Foundation. YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning Soil & Water Conservation District is committed to making a positive impact in Mahoning County communities through its comprehensive stormwater management and backyard conservation program. Part of this goal is supporting residents in implementing approved stormwater management and backyard conservation solutions on their properties through the MSWCD Backyard Conservation Grant Program, which offers reimbursement of up to $500 for the installation of Best Management Practices or approved conservation projects.
