ALLIANCE – Rodman Public Library has announced several upcoming activities in July. Science Kits Available July 6 Starting July 6, children can pick up a “My First Science Kit” filled with instructions, materials and equipment to conduct more than 100 experiments at Rodman Public Library. With the STEM kit, kids will make fizzy potions, water fireworks, create an ocean in a bottle, conduct color science experiments, and make perfume – among others. Annual Greenway Trail Day celebrates history, reading and outdoor recreation July 11

LEETONIA – The Friends of the Greenway Trail invite outdoor enthusiasts of all ages to the annual Greenway Trail Day on July 11 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To keep trail-goers fueled, water stops featuring refreshments and light snacks will be stationed at the Lisbon, Teegarden Covered Bridge, Franklin Square and Leetonia parking lot areas along the route. WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club held its annual Steak Fry/Chicken Breast BBQ dinner June 23 at the Salem Saxon Club.
