SR 558/164 intersection changing to all-way stop

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — Starting May 18, the intersection of state routes 558 and 164 southeast of Leetonia will be an all-way stop. Signs to alert drivers of the changes will be placed approximately two weeks prior and will remain on site for approximately 30 days after the change to remind motorists of the new traffic pattern. All approaches of the intersections will be equipped with dual Stop Ahead warning signs. Giant Eagle recalls roasted turkey sold in prepared foods departments due to potential presence of metal fragments

PITTSBURGH – Giant Eagle, Inc., has issued a voluntary recall of roasted turkey items produced at Fresh Foods Manufacturing in Freedom, Pennsylvania and sold in the prepared foods departments in Giant Eagle and Market District locations across western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia and Indiana due to the potential presence of metal fragments.  The potential issue was discovered during routine inspection.
