Municipal LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Aug. 12 for Kimberly D. Lamb, 41, Salem Unity Road, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly failing to pay for $100 worth of items from the Salem Walmart on May 27. Michael J. Murphy, 48, Amarillo Avenue, Negley, was fined $1,100 and sentenced to five days in jail for failure to comply, obstructing official business and two merged charges of operating a vehicle impaired. LISBON – The Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities Wednesday approved multiple personnel hires. The board approved the creation of a new management level position for communications, compliance and information manager along with establishing the pay scale. Low-cost rabies vaccination clinic scheduled for July

LISBON — The Columbiana County Health District is partnering with Lisbon Veterinary Clinic, the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and the Columbiana County Fair Board to host a Reduced Rabies Prevention Clinic. The clinic will be held on Saturday, July 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the fairgrounds in the Columbiana County Vaccination Complex (CCVC). The CCVC is accessible by using the Vista gate entrance located of off Vista Drive, Lisbon. The cost per dose is $5, and only cash payments will be accepted. Come prepared with exact change.
