Salem — Officers responded to a business in the 1800 block of West State Street at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday for a reported trespass complaint. The caller advised that a woman had been in the restaurant for over three hours and had begun to yell at other customers and having conversations with herself. Due to the disturbance this was causing the management requested the woman be asked to leave but declined to issue a trespass notice at that time. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Dalton P. Murphy, 22, Martha Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies responded at 1:02 p.m. Monday to the Opportunity School on Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon for a juvenile call. — A welfare check was requested on a person at a residence on state Route 14, Unity Township at 8:46 a.m. Monday, with the caller not hearing from the person for some time and their phone going directly to voicemail. Deputies arrived and talked to the person, who said he has not had electric to charge his phone, but he is fine. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a man accused of sexual battery for allegedly touching a teen inappropriately appeared for arraignment Monday. A preliminary hearing was set April 20 for Eric Jusdin White, 37, Youngstown, who’s charged with a third-degree felony for the incident reported April 12 in St. Clair Township.
