Sheriff Reports — The family member of an inmate at the federal prison, FCI Elkton, Scrogges Road, Elkrun Township, called at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday requesting assistance. The family member wanted to make the prison staff informed of a situation going on with the inmate, however they could not get in touch with the prison through the posted phone number.
