Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a pretrial was set Dec. 29 for Fransisco Yacuta-Santana, 37, Deming Street, Salem, charged with assault for allegedly assaulting his roommate by grabbing him by the neck and throwing him to the ground on Sept. 9 on Deming Street in Salem. When police first took him into custody, he was known as John Doe because he gave officers multiple names and two dates of birth. Sterling A.
