COLUMBIANA — Crestview Local High School students have accomplished a lot over this school year, specifically in the area of preparing for life after graduation. High School students, led by student board representative Blasey Biser, gave a detailed presentation to the board of education in April. The presentation showed that 75 students in grades 8-12 took advantage of the College Credit Plus courses offered, totaling 1,567.25 credit hours earned and resulting in an estimated savings of $457,564 for Crestview families. SALEM — The Salem Athletic Booster Club is preparing to host its annual golf outing June 6. The annual fundraiser will be held on June 6 at the Salem Hills Golf Club and will have an entry fee of $400 for a team of four. Registration includes lunch provided by the Salem Computer Center, dinner by Mike’s Penn Ave Grille, proximity prizes, and monetary prizes totaling $1,800.
