PERRY TWP. (WKBN) — A woman is dead and another is seriously injured after a crash in Columbiana County Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened around 2:40 p.m. on state Route 173 near mile post 11. A release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol states a Jeep Grand Cherokee went left of center and hit a Nissan Rogue. Chelsea Miller, 35, died at Salem Regional Medical Center from injuries as a result of the crash. Miller was the driver of the Nissan, according to OSHP.
