EMBER Project’s fashion show set for May 16

SALEM — The EMBER Project will host its Second Annual Fashion Show Fundraiser on Saturday, May 16, at Quaker Hall. This highly anticipated event will bring together local boutiques, community leaders, and supporters for an afternoon celebrating fashion and a powerful mission. Doors open at 2 p.m, with the show beginning at 3 p.m. Tickets start at $25 for general admission. SRMC Nothing Bundt Cakes sale Salem Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is hosting a Nothing Bundt Cakes “Bundtlet” sale on Friday, May 8. Bundtlets will be sold for $7 each while supplies last, with 20% of the proceeds given back to SRMC to support patient care. A variety of flavors will be offered. Cash, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay will be accepted. The sale will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the hospital’s main lobby on the ground floor.
