SALEM — The parks commission will review non-bargaining employee salaries in an upcoming special meeting. The parks commission will be meeting at 11 a.m. Wednesday to discuss potential cost of living raises and wage differentials for non-bargaining department employees. WINONA – The Winona Ruritan Club met Sept. 22 at the Winona Friends Church. Vice President Tom Richey called the meeting to order and asked Secretary Lee Stamp to assist in leading the singing of “America.” Longtime Chaplain Homer Althouse recently fell and broke his pelvis and is in Auburn Nursing Home. Salem Historical Society Ghost Trolley Tours Salem Historical Society Ghost Trolley Tours will be held at 6:30 and 8 p.m. Oct. 2, 10, 16, 24 and 30; and 8 p.m. Oct. 17 and 23.
