Municipal LISBON — An East Liverpool man faces a misdemeanor one count of unlawful conduct with a minor in Columbiana County Municipal Court. Larry Douglas Males, 19, Saint George Street, allegedly performed oral sex on a 15-year old at East Liverpool High School where both are students on Nov. 24.
